Our federal government, through the IRS, offers many opportunities to receive cash and credits for operating a business or engaging in certain behaviors like attending school. Credits can be used to offset tax obligations which in turn, frees up more cash. These incentives can be powerful determinants of how your life or your business operates. In recent years for example, we have had credits for hiring certain disadvantaged individuals, for going to college, or for using energy efficient products. These are in addition to the “every day” deductions we get in business such as the accelerated writing off of equipment even before the equipment is paid for. We may also turn living expenses into business deductions when we use a home office. It is NOT uncommon therefore for a business to produce cash for our wallets but run negative on paper. The paper losses can be used to offset a spouses income or to offset prior year income (freeing up dollars). Whether viewed as a source of funds or possible drain on assets, tax considerations should always be a major part of financial decision-making. Creating a Self-Directed IRA/401(K)
Investing Today in Tomorrow’s Future
Many individuals are unaware they can move their existing traditional IRAs, ROTH IRAs or 401(k) accounts into Self Directed Individual Accounts where they can invest in their own company and/or real estate without incurring early withdrawal penalties or income taxes. For example, if you have $100,000 in your 401(k) and want to use this money to invest in your own company and/or real estate you are immediately going to have at least a 10% early withdrawal penalty. In addition to the early withdrawal penalty, you will all so have to pay income taxes that could exceed 30%. Your 401(k) has now been reduced by 40% percent, leaving you with only $60,000 to invest in your company and/or real estate. The Edgar Allen Group can help minimize these tax losses.
Call today and learn how The Edgar Allen Group can help you regain control of your financial future.

Our club is a “Members Only by Invitation” privately owned and operated Ohio Limited Liability Company. We are dedicated to educating and developing “good” saving and investment habits and simultaneously assisting worthy entrepreneurs, real estate investors and small business owners in creating and growing their businesses.
By pooling our funds, the club is able to diversify its holdings more easily than an individual investing on his or her own. And by pooling our talents, the task of researching opportunities can be split up among club partners, reducing the individual workloads for the benefit of all.

At Professional Business Services we can introduce small business owners with investors that provide venture capital. Venture capital is financial capital provided to early-stage startup companies with high-potential. The venture capital fund makes money by owning equity in the companies it invests in. Venture capital is attractive for new companies with limited operating history that are too small to raise capital in the public markets. Also, the companies typically have not reached the point where they can secure a loan with a bank.
We present this in a packaging deal along with other business start-up references.
