Introduction to QuickBooks

This is an educational introductory course to QuickBooks, taught by a trained professional in a comfortable learning environment.  The main objective is to introduce basic features in QuickBooks and give you an opportunity for hands-on practice.  You will learn beneficial information to advance your business; and you will be taught how to enter information and how to track it in QuickBooks.  By the time you complete this course, you will have a general understanding of Quickbooks; and you will be familiar with the most common tasks, and know where to find information about more advanced features.

Highlighted features in the course include:

• entering sales receipts

• tracking expenses

• preparing and sending invoices

• sales tax tracking and payment

• preparation of basic financial statements and reports

• purchase order processing,

• inventory management

Quickbooks classes start every month and run for four weeks. Classes are every Tuesday evening at 6-8pm. There is a $199 registration fee and classes are currently enrolling now. Call 513-474-4555 to reserve your spot today.
